About Hank Tate
Early in my career, while serving as Vice President of a real estate development company, I earned the title “The Right Hand Man” for helping turn the owner’s vision into a successful and growing business. For more than 50 years, I have continued helping leaders, boards, businesses, and nonprofit organizations turn ideas into action and challenges into practical solutions.
Public speaking and training are now a central focus of my work. I have created and presented more than 250 workshops to over 25,000 attendees throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. My presentations combine real-world business experience, practical instruction, engaging stories, and a commitment to helping leaders build stronger organizations and healthier workplace cultures.
My experience also includes business integrity and culture coaching, board and advisory service, and strategic planning. Some clients call me a “Vision Engineer” because I help leaders clarify their vision, work through the details, and build the systems required to achieve lasting results.
